Justin@BlindMouse This sounds like 2020 digging in it’s heels and clawing on to not let go!! If you enjoy this you are a filthy, rotten animal, just like me!! Thanks for the killer spit, split!!

MetalManiac333 What happens when two bands that each play different genres of music cover each other's songs? Something quite incredible and unique that's what! This is such a badass split and I highly recommend listening to it, you won't regret it! Both Seum and Fatima are incredibly talented and what they did here is hard to put into words but it's quite phenomenal in my opinion! C'est vraiment fantastique! Bravo!!! 🔥🤘😈🍻🖤 Favorite track: Saliva Bath.

After releasing our albums ('Turkish Delights' for Fátima and 'Summer of Seum' for Seum) in 2020 and seeing that we won't have any chance to play shows before a while we decided to kick this shitty year in the nuts and come-up with one last crazy project to finish 2020 with a bang!

We have known each others for years (way before Seum moved to Montreal), played our first gigs together in the moldy caves of Paris and shared more than one hang-over and it has always been a shared dream of us to release a vinyl so the idea of a split 7' came quite naturally.
As our sounds are very different, covering each other would be indeed interesting: Seum is all about rhythm, Fátima all about melodies...
How would our songs sound once played by the other band?

To make the project even more interesting we came up with this crazy idea of adding a 3D pop-up cover artwork and decided to contact our long-time friend Gorka Uztarroz (www.gorkauztarroz.com) to create the cover. He made an incredibly detailed artwork and had the technical skills and experience to design and finalize the physical cover!
As far as we know this is something pretty uncommon!

Note that the full artwork (outside and... inside, the artwork on the digital release on Bandcamp only represents 25% of it) will only be available in the physical version.

Consider this digital release as an appetizer, an apocalyptic soundtrack for the Christmas Eve of a particularly annoying year.

Hope you will enjoy it as much as we did writing, recording and designing it!
